Lifetime Exchange Policy Highlights

• Gold/Platinum Jewellery: 100% of weight value at current metal rate in case of non MRP.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of invoice value in case of non MRP.
• Loose Diamonds: 90% of current diamond rate.
• Gemstones: 90% of invoice value.
• Exclusions: No value for making/labor charges and taxes.
• In Case of MRP only Taxes are deducted.

Lifetime Buyback Policy Highlights

• Gold/Platinum Jewellery: 100 % of invoice weight at current metal rate.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of invoice value in case of non MRP.
• Loose Diamonds: 80% of current diamond rate.
• Gemstones: 80% of invoice value.
• Exclusions: No value for making/labor charges and taxes.
• In case of MRP only Taxes are deducted.

Important Notes

1. Documentation: Original tax invoices and IGI certificate required for exchange/buyback; otherwise, a 10% deduction on diamond value applies.
2. Examination: All items will be assessed for defects, weights, and originality.
3. Non-Aigiri Products: Not eligible for exchange/buyback.
4. Market Value: Defined by the company considering the best case scenario.
5. Eligibility: Jewellery already re-exchanged/bought back but is not eligible for the 15-days money-back policy.

15-Days Money-Back Policy Highlights

• Refund Conditions: Full refund if returned in original condition within 15 days of Invoice.
• Documentation: Original tax invoice and IGI certificate required for exchange.
• New Purchases: Billed at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase.
• Exclusions: No full refund for defects, alterations, or misuse.
• Gold Coins: Not applicable for returns.
• Payment Process:
  NEFT/RTGS within 10-15 working days for bank transfers.
  Credit card refunds in 40-45 working days.
• Customized Orders: Standard Buyback rule applies and NO Exchange will be done.
• Exchange Limit: One full-value exchange within 15 days; subsequent exchanges treated as Lifetime Exchange.
• Policy Limit: Applies to items up to Rs. 2,00,000.
