Shipping Destinations
- 'Aigiri' serves almost all cities in India.
- Delivery availability can be checked using pin code on the checkout page.
- Single orders cannot be delivered to multiple destinations.
- For orders under Rs. 49,999, cash on delivery is accepted as per RBI standards.
- In case of a return request, the refund will be processed to the buyer’s account.
Shipping & Handling Cost
- Shipping within India is free.
- A valid identity proof may be required at the time of delivery.
- If the original recipient is not available, a one-time passcode is provided for validation.
- If the item is open or tampered with, it should not be accepted.
Domestic Order Delivery Time
- Products are typically delivered within 15 working days in India from the day of order confirmation, unless delayed by governmental authorities or entities acting on their behalf.
- For heavier items like necklaces and bracelets, the delivery time extends to 21 working days due to the additional handling and care required.
- For customized orders, delivery time may vary based on design, aesthetic, or size changes requested by the customer. This varies on a case-by-case basis.
- If we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we will cancel the order and notify you. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
- We partner with reputed logistic partners/agencies to ensure prompt and safe delivery of products in perfect condition. Delivery is made to the recipient after identity proof verification.
Express Delivery
- Express Delivery is available for specific products and to specific pin codes in certain cities, primarily Metro Cities-T2.
- If you opt for Express Delivery and place your order by 12 PM, the product will be delivered the next 2 business days.
- For orders received after 12 PM under Express Delivery, the turnaround time will be the order date plus 4 business days.
- If the turnaround time for Express Delivery falls on a holiday or Sunday, the delivery time will increase by one day.
- It is advised to expect the delivery by the date specified under the Express Delivery option. Please plan your orders accordingly for a smooth delivery experience.
Return
- If you are not satisfied with the product or its quality after receiving it, you have the option to return the order. However, this is subject to certain conditions.
- Returns cannot be processed for products that are customized, altered, used, or damaged, or if the tag has been broken or removed.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- We offer free return shipping for up to 15 days from the order delivery date. Any shipping charges incurred during returns and exchanges will be borne by us.

Return Process within 15 Days
- Contact our customer support by email at [email protected] to place your exchange/return request.
- Secure your product with its tag, the original invoice or a copy of it, certificate(s), and the jewelry box.
- Inform our Customer Care team once the secured envelope is ready. We will arrange for a pickup.
- Items should be returned in their original condition.
Steps to Follow
- Keep your jewelry and the invoice in the same jewelry box you received it in.
- Show the pickup executive the design. The executive will then put the jewelry box in tamper-resistant packaging to ensure it arrives safely to us.
Important Notes
- The jewelry item will undergo Quality Control prior to the exchange or return being processed.
- We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any order/product/merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
- Requests for returns or exchanges will not be processed after 15 days from the date of product delivery.
- Products will not be picked for return/exchange if they are not properly packed and secured for pickup.
As per RBI standards, we accept cash on delivery for orders under Rs. 49,999. If you wish to return your purchase, we’ll request your account details to process a refund directly to your bank account. Please ensure the account details match the name on the billing.

We offer a range of customisation options for our products:
- Gold Metal Colour: If our website does not offer a specific gold metal color, we can provide an alternative upon request.
- Gemstones: We can accommodate requests for different gemstones or precious stones (e.g., sapphire or ruby).
- Enamel Colors: If the jewelry contains enamel, we can customize the color based on your preference.
- Ceramic Colour Preferences: We can cater to specific ceramic color preferences.
- Design Requests: If you have a specific design or customisation request for any of our jewelry, we are ready to assist.
Customisation Process
- Contact Customer Care: Reach out to our customer care team to discuss your customisation requirements.
- Email Confirmation: After your call, send an email to us requesting written confirmation of your customisation details.
- Payment: Pay the full price for the customized product.
- Order Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to confirm your order.
- Manufacturing: Your customized product will be sent to the manufacturing stage after confirmation.
- Delivery: Please allow 20-21 business days for your customized order to reach you.
Important Notes
- Be specific about your requirements when placing a customized order.
- Customized or specially manufactured orders based on your design choices cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Ensure that your customisation requests are final as we cannot accommodate changes once the manufacturing process has begun.
